Robert Paley is the Chief Financial Officer and the Chairman of Gradsol Ltd. - a sustainability consulting company primarily focused on the waste to energy business sector. Prior to this role, Robert was the Corporate Vice President and Treasurer of Monsanto Company, a Fortune 500 company, which is the leading global provider of technology-based agri-business solutions and products that improve farm productivity and food quality. During his 38 year career at Monsanto, he also held several other key managerial positions relating to strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and international financial management. He has operated strategically in Europe, North & South America and Asia Pacific. Upon being named to the D-Helix board Robert stated, "I see significant potential for this company and look forward to help guide it toward maximization of that potential."
Vinisha Agnihotri -
With a background in Natural Sciences and a degree in Economics from Rutgers University, Vinisha began her career in Private Wealth Management for an ultra high net worth boutique called Graystone, acquired by Morgan Stanley. In 2004 she began a private consulting business to develop start up ventures across various sectors. Over the last 8 years she has created a very resourceful global network, having assisted many key personalities with various projects. She became the CEO of D-Helix at the end of 2011, moving forward with full force to grow the company for the benefit of all of the shareholders.
Axel Künzli -
With a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Axel first joined the global consulting firm Price Waterhouse MCS then co-founded Jakala, a leading Italian marketing and new media group based in Milan. Axel has gathered experience in company's start-ups and business development. Axel is currently helping several Italian start-ups as a Business Angel. He became D-Helix's Corporate Secretary at the end of 2011.
